I don’t give 5* lightly but Monte Vista Apartments and Letty deserve more than 5* for their efforts, efficiency and professionalism with their tenants. It’s a great safe clean place to live. No drama no noise and no issues, maintenance is right on it and they always attend to any request made. I couldn’t be happier, the area is clean and landscaping is taken care of, no issues with pest control nor garbage and I can’t get over the peace of quiet we enjoy.
